Check In Time
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. The hotel will make every effort to accommodate early arrivals. Requests will be handled on an individual basis and will depend upon the hotel's current availability.

Check Out Time
Check-out time is 11:00 p.m. If you request a late check out an extension charge may apply.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date without penalty. If you cancel a reservation within 48 hours, a charge for one-night's room and tax will be placed on credit card. In case of no-show or late cancellation, you will be charged with one night's room charge. All reservations must be cancelled by calling the hotel directly, please ask for a cancellaton # for your protection.

Debit/Check CARDHOLDERS

• When presenting us a Debit or Check card for payment, our computer system will automatically request your bank to place a "HOLD" on the account linked to your card for full amount of your stay (each day's room and tax plus an additional $100 of the total for incidentals) upon check in. When you check out, additional funds that were on "HOLD" will be released at midnight from our computer, and will be released by your bank in 2-7 business days.

• Even if you change your method of payment at checkout, due to banking regulations concerning Debit and Check Cards, the original "HOLD" will be still be held for 2-7 business days. Once your account has been authorized, neither our front desk staff nor management is able to make exceptions to bank policy.

• If this potentially may be a problem for you, please present another form of payment during the check in process.

• Hotel is not liable for any "insufficient funds" charged from your banking establishment resulting from the "HOLD" that is placed on your account by your bank.

Pet Policy
Pets are ONLY allowed in the motel, with prior permission and a fee of $10 per pet, per night. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE HOTEL. With advance notice, exceptions could be made for officially certified service animals. Subject to advanced reservations and availability.

Rollaway Beds
A limited number of Rollaway beds are available upon request. The nightly fee is $7.00 and this bed must be requested at the time of booking.

Guests/Companies who want to assume the charges for their loved ones. We require a credit card authorization from the cardholder along with the copies of both Drivers License and Credit Card (Front and Back). Please Click Here to print the Credit Card Authorization form which must be filled out and signed by the credit card holder and sent to the hotel.

Special Requests
The hotel is unable to guarantee special requests, but please be assured we will do everything possible to meet any requests.
