The Cabot Motor Inn is a four-season family retreat located in the heart of the White Mountains. Our 60+ acres offers breathtaking views of the Presidential Range from our rooms and well-groomed grounds.

Enjoy your day on an 18-hole golf course nearby or reach the summit of Mount Washington by car or railroad. Within minutes you can immerse yourself in a wide range of activities like hiking, biking, scenic drives, shopping, rafting, kayaking, canoeing and much more.
For kids we have an indoor heated pool, game room and an outdoor playground. We also now have video game hook-ups with our televisions. If that is not enough to keep them entertained, Santa’s Village, Six Gun City, Story Land, Whale’s Tale Water park are just a short drive away.
For all winter enthusiasts, bring your snowmobiles and get on to Corridor 5 right from our parking lot. In summer, there are ATV trails you can access from here. For all you skiers and snowboarders, Bretton Woods, Cannon, Wildcat, Attitash, Loon, Black Mountain and Cranmore ski areas are minutes away.
